Performance Overview:

1. Scope of application: Used for feeding iron pipes, aluminum pipes, copper pipes, stainless steel pipes, PVC pipes, nylon pipes, round bars, hexagonal bars, solid bars, etc.

2. Working process: The pipe is placed in the storage warehouse, climbed and fed by a stepper motor, and sent into the chamfering machine material groove.

3. Sensor sensing, automatic feeding when there is no material, and automatic stopping when the material is full.

4. Suitable for mass production, the feeding machine is compatible with the chamfering machine, and a single person can operate 3-5 devices. Efficient, fast-paced, and cost-effective production.

Note: This feeding machine is suitable for double headed chamfering machines and can stack 100-150 pieces.

When used for the chamfering machine produced by our company, it can be directly connected for use; When using chamfering machines for other companies, a response signal from the chamfering machine is required.
